1. Scope of Services

These terms govern three categories: services, digital products, and physical goods provided by AIDGear.

2. Services

Services include custom consultations, on-site installations, and training sessions related to our product lineup. Upon scheduling, dedicated resources are allocated to ensure a tailored experience.

Refund Policy for Services: Unless otherwise specified in writing, service fees are non-refundable due to resource commitments and planning. Clients may request a schedule change at least 72 hours before the appointment. AIDGear will make reasonable efforts to accommodate new dates subject to availability. No credits or refunds are provided for missed sessions without prior notice.

3. Digital Products

Digital products include downloadable guides, video tutorials, and software bundles. Access links are provided immediately upon purchase.

Refund Policy for Digital Products: Customers may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if less than 10% of the content has been accessed or downloaded. To initiate a refund, contact us via Contact Form. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 days back to the original payment method. After the access threshold is exceeded, no refund requests will be accepted.

4. Physical Goods

Physical goods consist of curated AI gadgets shipped to the customer’s address. Orders are processed within 2 business days.

Refund Policy for Physical Goods: Unused items in original packaging may be sent back for a refund within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a refund, visit Contact Form and provide your order details. Customers are responsible for shipping costs. Once the item is received and inspected, a refund will be processed within 7 days to the original payment method. Exchanges for different items are handled on a case-by-case basis and may incur additional fees.

5. Changes to Terms

AIDGear reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on aidgear.click and become effective immediately upon publication.
